Complaints and grievances
If you're unhappy with your registration, a payment, a refund or how we've handled your personal data, write to hello@goatadvindia.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. Include your name, registration number if you have one, and what happened.
Grievance officer:
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. For data protection matters, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as set out in our privacy policy.
