3. Who can enter
- You must be 18 or older on 6 February 2027.
- You must have the qualifying finish for your category, in the previous 12 months, as set out on the entry and fees page.
- The race is limited to 250 runners. Registration closes when all places are taken.
4. Registering and paying

- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown when you pay. Early-bird prices apply to the first 100 registrations across all categories.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- While you pay, we hold your place for 15 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time, the place is released.
- Your entry is confirmed only when we have received your payment and emailed you a confirmation with your registration number. We email a GST invoice with it.
- If a payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount is returned to you automatically, normally within 5 to 7 working days. If it isn't, write to us with your payment details.
5. Discount codes
- We issue discount codes at our discretion, for example to partner clubs.
- You can use one code per entry. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined with each other, and can be used only as many times as stated when they are issued.
- The checkout shows whether a code can be combined with the early-bird price. Codes expire when registration closes.
- We may cancel a code that has been shared publicly without our permission or used in a way it was not intended for.
6. Checking your qualifying run
We check the proof of your qualifying run after you register. If it doesn't meet the requirement for your category, we will offer you a category you are eligible for, or a refund as set out in the cancellation and refund policy. If we find that information you gave was false, we may cancel your entry without a refund.
7. Cancellations, transfers and changes
Cancellations, refunds and category changes follow our cancellation and refund policy. Entries are personal and cannot be transferred to another runner.
8. Race rules and conduct
- You must follow the race rules, carry the mandatory kit and follow instructions from race officials, marshals, the police and the medical team.
- You must finish each lap within its hour to start the next one.
- We may disqualify or remove a runner who lets someone else run with their bib, cuts the course, accepts help outside the permitted areas, behaves unsafely or abusively, or litters on the course.
- The medical team or the race director may stop you from starting or continuing. Their decision is final.
9. Changes to the race
We may change the course, schedule, categories or format, or postpone, shorten or cancel the race, for safety or other reasons. We will tell registered runners as soon as we can. What happens to your entry is set out in the cancellation and refund policy.
10. Health, risk and media
Taking part in an endurance race carries risk. By registering, you accept the participant waiver, which covers your health declaration, the risks you accept, medical treatment, and how photos and video of you may be used.
11. Results
Results are provisional until we publish final results. We may correct results if timing errors are found or a runner is disqualified.
